Welcome to PlayCar (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we/us"). Before registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform's services, please carefully read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"). By registering, accessing, or continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and related policies (including the Privacy Policy).
These Terms apply to all products and services provided by the Platform, including but not limited to the official website, mobile application (APP), web platform, community forums, and official social media communities. The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms in accordance with laws and regulations, business development, or operational needs. Updated terms will be published on the Platform and take effect from their effective date.
You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law and warrant that your registration information is true, accurate, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and shall be liable for all activities that occur under your account. You must not register using a false identity or impersonate another person, illegally buy, sell, rent, or transfer accounts, register accounts in bulk or through automated programs, or use your account to engage in any illegal activity or activity that violates the Platform's rules.
While using the Platform, users must not publish, disseminate, or engage in any of the following content or conduct:
Any illegal or criminal activity, including fraud, gambling, money laundering, terrorism, drugs, and illegal financial activities;
Pornographic content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content whose dissemination is prohibited by law;
Hate speech, harassment, threats, cyberbullying, or discriminatory content;
Spam advertising, malicious marketing, automated mass-posting, phishing links, and other conduct that disrupts platform order;
Conduct that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights and interests.
If a user discovers abnormal use of, or violations involving, their account, they should promptly notify the Platform.
In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and community rules, the Platform reserves the right to take action against violating accounts or content, including but not limited to removing content, restricting distribution, suspending features, restricting account use, or permanent bans, and to report to relevant authorities as required by law when necessary.
Users bear full legal responsibility for the content they publish and warrant that they hold the corresponding lawful rights to it. Users retain the intellectual property rights to their content, while granting the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process such content for the purpose of providing, operating, maintaining, promoting, and improving the Platform's services. The Platform lawfully holds the intellectual property rights to its software, trademarks, logos, page designs, databases, and other original content, and these may not be used without written permission.
The Platform collects, uses, stores, and protects users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to safeguard data security. Where cross-border data transfers are involved, the Platform will adopt appropriate protective measures in accordance with applicable law. Users may exercise their statutory rights—such as access, correction, and deletion—in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Platform may integrate third-party products or services (such as payment, login, or cloud services). Such third-party services are provided independently by their respective operators and are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. The Platform is not liable for the content, availability, or conduct of third-party services, except as otherwise provided by law.
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its services based on laws and regulations, security risks, system maintenance, or operational needs. For users who violate these Terms, are suspected of illegal or non-compliant conduct, or endanger platform security, the Platform reserves the right to restrict account features, suspend, or terminate services, while providing a reasonable appeal channel where feasible.
The Platform provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully meet users' needs. Users should exercise their own judgment and bear the risks arising from using platform content and third-party information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or other consequential losses; however, these Terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform's services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to [the agreed court or arbitration institution] for resolution. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
